El álbum Close de Kim Wilde de 1988 se reeditará como un conjunto de lujo de 2 CD + DVD en marzo.
El álbum incluyó cinco sencillos, tres de los cuales (‘You Came’, ‘Never Trust A Stranger’ y ‘Four Letter Word’) fueron éxitos top 10 en el Reino Unido.
El audio ha sido remasterizado para esta reedición y el CD 1 incluye nueve pistas adicionales (caras B y ediciones de sencillos). El segundo disco ofrece 13 remezclas adicionales. El contenido adicional de ambos CD es idéntico al de la edición de lujo de 2 CD de Universal de 2013, salvo por la incorporación de dos instrumentales de «You Came». Cabe destacar que el CD original de Close incluía 11 pistas, no 10, debido a una sola pista adicional («Hey Mister Heartache (12″ Mix)»).
El DVD es el gran atractivo aquí, con videos promocionales, imágenes del Bad Tour de Michael Jackson y una selección de videos de archivo de la BBC que muestran a Kim actuando en programas de televisión populares como Wogan, Top Of The Pops y Going Live.
